On the 12th July 2015, we joined the rest of Shelford to celebrate The Feast. We lined up alongside a multitude of stall holders with our hand buzz wire. As people pitted their skills against our giant metal hand, trying hard not to connect the circuit. We gave out sweets, balloons and a flyer about how God has written our names on the back of his hands. We tried to use this as a way of talking about God’s love for all of us. Although the rain clouds descended in the end, it was a great chance to show the village how much God cares and loves them.
We’d like to say a big thank you to all those who helped out on the day, and for the Feast Committee for all their hard work.
